Excellent stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Side patio and backyard are great. The neighborhood is very walkable, with great restaurants, a grocery store, and a coffee shop all nearby, which made it really convenient. Overall, a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again.

Josh was a wonderful host! The house is just as pictured, complete with all its charm. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds ranged in firmness, which was nice for our group, as it allowed people to pick the bed that was just right for them. Everything we wanted was either a quick walk or drive away. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Josh’s place and would stay here again!

The place was perfect and in a great location, making it easy to get around Richmond. Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Our large family group stayed at Josh's place while in town for a wedding. We had lots of space to spread out and having a bathroom to each room was SO nice. Everything was very clean, and having coffee, and bath toiletries was an extra perk!

We had such a wonderful stay in Richmond! Both Josh and Jacob were incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. The home was absolutely beautiful and spotless, you can truly see the care that goes into maintaining it. It felt so welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Richmond!

This is the second time our team has rented this place. It’s a perfect place for a team outing as it has a lot of great bedrooms, large rooms with lots of couches that easily accommodated out team for the meetings we wanted to have, a great kitchen and large dining table, Lots of TVs, a nice outdoor space and is located walking distance from some fantastic Richmond “things”. The place is clean, well stocked, and the host is very responsive. Highly recommend.

We would 100% stay here again. The house was great, plenty of room for a group and in an excellent location. Josh was also helpful and super responsible to any questions we had. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

We all enjoyed our stay - the private baths was a huge winner ! But the tasteful touches to the decor was appreciated as was the conveniences of a well stocked kitchen ! Thanks Josh !

Perfect space for a large group. The house was just as described, and very spacious. Lots of couch space and chairs for the dining tables, which we appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, with anything we needed to cook with or eat with during our stay. The location is also great - right across from the museum and walking distance to many of the city’s best restaurants. I would definitely recommend this spot for your next stay in Richmond!

We were only in town for one night but had the most wonderful experience! The home was better than we could have imagined. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you could think of. Plenty of space for a large group and still be comfortable. Beds and pillows were delightful. The only issue we ran into was ice from the recent snow storm making parking a little rough but Josh was quick to apologize although it was out of his control. We would gladly stay here again!
